Additionally, advancedsecurity options bring additional peace of mind when dealing with confidential documents.   Windows authentication ensures that, if necessary, only authorized users can access the device.   A Data Overwrite Security kit option also enables data retained on the device’s hard drive to be overwritten, preventing unauthorized access to erased documents from the hardware memory.

Fast warm-up times and print speeds ensure that users’ time is maximized to the full.   Both devices deliver competitive performance, with black and white print speeds of 24ppm and 32ppm for the DSc424 and DSc432 respectively, and 10 pages per minute (ppm) for colour documents.   Further productivity benefits are delivered by the ability to print double-sided documents, offered as standard on both machines.   Additional features such as Scan-to-Email and Scan-to-Folder allow hard copies to be easily converted to digital format - such as pdf and tiff files - and saved directly to a folder on the network or sent via email for added convenience.
