Nashuatec announces fax for demanding workgroups

Nashuatec, the leading supplier of total document solutions, announces the F530, combining productive and reliable faxing with optional network printing for busy workgroups.

The latest in Nashuatec’s range of fax machines, the F530 brings fast transmission and scanning times, a selection of one touch keys as well as large memory capacity to busy work environments.  High quality network printing can also be achieved, maximizing users’ productivity.

A Super G3 modem with JBIG compression, allows A4 faxes to be transmitted in as little as three seconds, resulting in cost effective faxing as telephone lines are used to a minimum.

With print output speeds of 15ppm, the F530 gives users increased productivity.  The fax also allows optional 600 dpi network printing eliminating the need for users with print requirement to purchase a separate printer.

“The fax machine remains a key part of office infrastructure and Nashuatec is proud to add the F530 to its fax range,” comments Gareth Parker, Nashuatec Product Manager.  “The F530 brings fast and reliable faxing to offices and workgroups with the added benefit of optional network printing.”

The fax has 30 quick, 100 speed and 5 group dial keys to allow users to store frequently used numbers.  A large standard memory of 6 MB, allows users to store up to 480 pages, resulting in uninterrupted communications.  In addition, the fax offers a 50 sheet ADF, a 750 sheet capacity and an optional 100 sheet bypass tray for ease of use and improved paper handling. The fax also boasts a 12 hour memory back up for maximum reliability.

The F530 features a valuable security feature. Once activated, a PIN is required by users before received faxes can be printed out. The result is extra confidentiality, as private documents are not left lying in the fax output tray. In addition, the F530 can be set up for restricted use. In this case a PIN is needed to send a fax, allowing users to prevent unauthorized use or monitor usage.

The F530 uses a separate toner and developer, which reduces supply costs as compared to an all-in-one cartridge, as users only need replace one or the other.   In addition, an energy saver mode makes the F530 a good all round answer to environmentally friendly faxing.
